Istanbul to Cappadocia & Black Sea Tours Including Uzungol
Day 1 – Istanbul to Cappadocia
Flight from Istanbul to Cappadocia (morning, noon, or afternoon, depending on your preference).
Upon arrival, meet our travel team and transfer to your hotel in Cappadocia. Check-in and enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure to explore the area or relax.
Overnight in Cappadocia.
Day 2 – South of Cappadocia Tour
11:00 AM: Pickup from your hotel for a guided tour of South Cappadocia.
Visit highlights such as:
- Kaymaklı Underground City: Explore a fascinating ancient city carved into the earth.
- Pigeon Valley: Admire the stunning landscapes and historic pigeon houses.
- Göreme Open Air Museum: Discover rock-cut churches with exquisite frescoes.
16:00 – The tour ends. Return to the hotel.

Day 3 – North of Cappadocia Tour
Breakfast at the hotel.
11:00 AM: Begin your North Cappadocia tour with stops including:
- Devrent Valley (Imagination Valley): See whimsical fairy chimney formations.
- Pasabag (Monks Valley): Marvel at the iconic mushroom-shaped rock formations.
- Avanos Village: Experience local pottery-making traditions.
16:00 – The tour ends. Return to the hotel.

Day 4 – Cappadocia to Samsun in Black Sea Coastline
Breakfast and check out from the hotel. Depart for the Black Sea region via Çorum, Merzifon, and Havza. The drive takes about 9 hours.
Optional stop at Havza to enjoy its thermal springs.
Arrive in Samsun and check into your hotel.
Overnight in Samsun.
Day 5 – Leisure Day in Samsun
Breakfast at the hotel. You can visit the highlights of Samsun on your own, such as:
- Bandırma Ship Museum: Learn about the ship’s historic role in Turkey’s War of Independence.
- Amisos Hill: Enjoy panoramic views and explore ancient tombs.
- Love Lake and local bazaars: Relax and shop for regional specialties.
Overnight in Samsun.
Day 6 – Samsun to Trabzon via Ordu
Breakfast and check out. Travel along the Black Sea coastline to Ordu.
Visit Ordu and ride the famous cable car to the top of Boztepe for breathtaking views.
Continue to Trabzon and check into your hotel.
Overnight in Trabzon.
Day 7 – Trabzon
Breakfast at the hotel.
Spend the day exploring Trabzon’s sights (at your expense), including:
- Trabzon Hagia Sophia: Admire this historic church-turned-mosque with intricate frescoes.
- Trabzon city center: Stroll through bazaars and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere.
Overnight in Trabzon.
Day 8 – Day Trip to Ayder
Breakfast at the hotel.
Drive along the stunning Black Sea coastline to the Ayder Plateau, famous for its lush green meadows, waterfalls, and charming wooden houses. Explore the area before returning to your hotel.

Day 9 – Trabzon to Uzungol Lake
Breakfast and check out from the hotel.
12:00 PM: Depart for Uzungöl Lake, a picturesque destination surrounded by dense forests and wooden chalets. Check into your hotel in Uzungöl and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure.

Day 10 – Free Day in Uzungol Lake
Breakfast at the hotel.
Spend the day exploring Uzungöl at your own pace, enjoying the serene lake views, hiking trails, and local culture.
Overnight in Uzungöl.
Day 11 – Fly to Istanbul from Trabzon
Breakfast and check out from the hotel before 12:00 PM.
Free time until your airport transfer.
Transfer to Trabzon Airport for your flight back to Istanbul (timed according to your preference).
We will welcome and transfer you to your hotel upon arrival in Istanbul.
