Istanbul to Ephesus Pamukkale and Priene Tours
Day 1 – Take a Plane to Izmir from Istanbul & Ephesus Tour
04:00 – Pick up from your hotel in Istanbul and transfer to the airport for your flight to Izmir.

07:00 – Flight from Istanbul to Izmir.
(Flight departure time may vary based on season and availability.)
08:10 – Arrival at Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport. Upon arrival, you will be met by our travel team holding a sign with your name. Transfer to Ephesus Ancient City and meet your professional and knowledgeable local tour guide.
Ancient Ephesus Ruins & Virgin Mary House Tour
- Temple of Artemis: Begin your journey with a visit to the Temple of Artemis, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World.
- Ephesus Ancient City: Explore this well-preserved Greco-Roman city, the most famous ancient city in the region.
- Lunch Break: Enjoy a delightful lunch at a local restaurant.
- House of Virgin Mary: Visit the sacred house where it is believed Mary spent her last days. This site is significant for both Christians and Muslims.
- Isabey Mosque: End the tour with a visit to this stunning 14th-century mosque.
16:00 – After the tour, you will be transferred to your hotel in Kusadasi or Selcuk for check-in and an overnight stay.
Day 2 – Pamukkale Day Tour
Start your day with breakfast at the hotel.
08:00 – Pick up from the hotel to meet your local tour guide. Depart for Pamukkale. It takes about 2,5 hours with a break on the way.
Ancient Hierapolis & Pamukkale Tour
- Pamukkale: Marvel at the famous calcium terraces, formed by warm spring water (35°C / 102°F) rich in calcium bicarbonate.
- Hierapolis Ancient City: Explore the Necropolis (one of Anatolia’s largest cemeteries with 1,200 graves), Roman Bath, Domitian Gate, Main Street, and Byzantine Gate.
- Thermal Pool: Optionally, swim in the ancient thermal spring pool for an extra charge. (Please bring your swimwear if you plan to swim.)
16:00 – After the tour, you will return to your hotel in Kusadasi or Selcuk for an overnight stay.
Day 3 – Didyma, Miletus & Priene Tour & Return to Istanbul
After breakfast, check out of your hotel.
08:30 – Pick up from the hotel to meet your local tour guide for the Didyma, Miletus, and Priene tour.
Didyma, Miletus & Priene Ancient Cities Tour
- Priene Ancient City: Visit the theater, Temple of Athena, Bouleterium, Agora, and Altar of Zeus and Cybele.
- Lunch Break: Enjoy a local meal in the area.
- Didyma Ancient City: Explore the Temple of Apollo, once the largest oracle center in ancient Turkey.
- Miletus Ancient City: Discover the city known for Thales, one of the first astronomers, who predicted solar eclipses and calculated solstices.
16:30 – After the tour, transfer to the airport for your return flight to Istanbul.
19:30 – Flight to Istanbul from Izmir Airport.

20:45 – Upon arrival in Istanbul, you will be met at the exit of the airport and transferred to your hotel in the city center.
