- If the flight is canceled due to bad weather conditions, and you have already paid, we will either refund you in full, or we will book you for the following day provided you have the time and we have the availability.

Hotel Pickup and Take-Off
We collect our guests from their hotels approximately one hour before sunrise and bring them to the take-off site. While waiting, you’ll watch the inflation of the hot air balloon—a mesmerizing sight. Before take-off, your pilot will provide a safety briefing, explaining the basic rules for the flight. Once you’re comfortably settled in the basket, the adventure begins.
The Balloon Flight Experience
Our flights cover distances ranging from 2 to 15 miles, depending on wind speed and direction, flying at varying altitudes. At treetop level, you’ll feel a close connection to nature, while at higher altitudes, you’ll enjoy sweeping panoramic views of the Cappadocia region.
