Anzac Day Gallipoli Tours Included Troy Ancient City

Pick up from your hotel in Istanbul and drive to Gallipoli war sights. On the day you will do a Gallipoli guided tour and stay overnight at a hotel. The next day morning, we will have a Troy guided tour and you are going to stay in Anzac Cove under the stars as Anzacs did in 1915. You will have Anzac Day Dawn Service on 25 April.

23 April –
Depart From Istanbul & Gallipoli Tour    (Lunch)

06:30 – Pick up from hotels in Istanbul and drive to Gallipoli War Sight.
11:45 – Arrive in Eceabat. Lunch will be at the local restaurant.
12:50 – Depart for Gallipoli guided tour. Today we will visit Gallipoli Peninsula where we will visit, Ari Burnu (the First ANZAC landing place), Beach Cemetery (John Simpson’s Grave), ANZAC Cove, Lone Pine Cemetery (Australian memorial), Johnston’s Jolly (Walk-in the ANZAC trenches), View Shrapnel Valley, Turkish Memorial, The Nek & Walker’s Ridge, Chunuk Bair (Main New Zealand memorial).
17:00 – The Gallipoli tour ends and drives to the hotel. Check into the hotel. Overnight.

24 April – Troy Ancient City Tour  &  Drive to Anzac Cove   (Breakfast)
Breakfast at the hotel and check out.
08:30 – Pick up from the hotel and depart for Troy Ancient City Tour. We will visit Troy’s Ancient City and Trojan Horse. At the end of the tour drive to the local restaurant.
Noon – We will have lunch at a local restaurant.
You will have free time until departure for Anzac cove for Dawn Service. Please note that departure time may change.
16:00-16:30 – Depart from Eceabat town and drive up to Anzac Cove in Gallipoli.
We will try to get there as soon as possible to get a good position for the ceremonies. When the gate opens we will get into the service area get a good position and spend a night in the Anzac Ceremonies Area.

25 April – Down Service & Drive Back To Istanbul  (Lunch box)
05:30 – Dawn Service will start in Anzac Cove
After the Dawn Service Ceremony at the Anzac Cove, we will walk to Lone Pine for the Australian Ceremony. There won’t be any buses in the ceremony area. That’s why we need to walk all the ceremonies area.

10:30 – Australian National Ceremony at Lone Pine
11:30 – New Zealander National Ceremony at Chunuk Bair
After the Australian National Ceremony, walk on the main road to Chunuk Bair for the New Zealander National Ceremony. While we are walking we will see the Johnston’s Jolly where are remains of Turkish and Anzac trenches, Steele’s and Courtney’s Post cemetery, Quinns Post Cemetery & 57th Regiment Turkish Memorial.

After joining all the ceremonies, our tour buses will collect you from the road. Where did you finish the last ceremony?
Afterward, drive back to Istanbul city and you will be dropped off in front of the Hagia Sophia Museum in Sultanahmet Old City.

No accommodation is provided on 24 April. You will sleep out under the stars in Anzac Cove as the ANZAC’s did in April 1915.
we recommend you to bring a sleeping bag, blanket or heavy clothes to keep you warm.
The order of the tour itinerary may vary in order to avoid congestion.
