  • No accommodation is provided on April 24. You will sleep under the stars at Anzac Cove, just as the ANZACs did in April 1915.
  • It is recommended to bring a sleeping bag, blanket, or warm clothing to stay comfortable.

Gallipoli Anzac Day Dawn Service from Kusadasi and Selcuk

24th April – Intercity Bus from Kusadasi and Selcuk to Canakkale

10:00 AM: Depart from Kusadasi Bus Station. The journey to Canakkale takes approximately 7  hours, with breaks along the way.
10:30 AM: Depart from Selcuk Bus Station by local bus, passing through Izmir. The journey takes about 6,5 hours, with scheduled breaks.
(Departure times may vary based on the season and travel dates.)
Arrive at Canakkale Bus Station and join other groups on Anzac Day. Drive to Anzac Cove in the Gallipoli peninsula, where the Dawn Service Ceremony will be held. We will take a good place to join Dawn Service, we recommend you bring heavy clothes, a sleeping bag, or a blanket to keep you warm. Because the weather will be cold early in the morning.

25 April – Gallipoli Dawn Service & Bus to Istanbul or Kusadasi

05:00 – Dawn Service at ANZAC Cove
Begin the day with the solemn Dawn Service ceremony at ANZAC Cove.

After the Dawn Service
Walk uphill along Artillery Road via Shell Green to Lone Pine for the Australian ceremony. Note: Bus transportation is not allowed in the ceremony area. The walk takes approximately 1 hour.

10:30 – Lone Pine Australian Ceremony
New Zealanders will then continue walking from Lone Pine to Chunuk Bair for their national ceremony. The uphill walk along the main road to Chunuk Bair also takes around 1 hour.

Along the Way
Visit significant landmarks, including:

  • Steele’s and Courtney’s Post Cemetery
  • Johnston’s Jolly (remains of Turkish and ANZAC trenches)
  • Quinn’s Post Cemetery
  • 57th Regiment Turkish Memorial

11:30 – Chunuk Bair New Zealand Ceremony

Return Journey
After the ceremonies, return to Eceabat and depart for Istanbul, Kusadası, or Selcuk.
The tour concludes upon arrival at your chosen destination.
